11 February is the UN International Day of Women and Girls in Science, an event celebrated at CERN with enthusiasm and the occasion to remind you of the imminent launch of the WIT 2022 Mentoring Programme

To celebrate women in science, CERN is hosting a public screening of the documentary Picture a Scientist and inviting female ambassadors from local scientific institutions to visit schools and talk to the children about their work

For the week of 7 to 11 February 2022, female scientists and engineers are invited to speak at local schools to get young people excited about science. You can volunteer to take part!

The information session about the programme will take place online on 26 February at 1 p.m.
