Administrative Circular No. 11 (Rev. 5) entitled "Categories of members of the personnel", approved by the Director-General following recommendation by the Standing Concertation Committee after its meeting on 1 June 2017, will be available on 1 September 2017 via the following link: AC No. 11.

This revised circular cancels and replaces Administrative Circular No. 11 (Rev. 4) also entitled "Categories of members of the personnel", of August 2016.

This circular was revised to reflect the modifications of the CHIS Rules on 1 September 2017, notably concerning the affiliation of associated members of the personnel.  The text has also been improved to clarify the status of apprentices hired before 1 August 2016.

This circular will enter into force on 1 September 2017.
