In a time when documents are increasingly available online and library services are more and more often provided in electronic form, our Library visit statistics show particularly modest usage of our services after 6.00 p.m. To align the working hours of staff present at the Library with the reality of the number of users, we have decided to slightly reduce the opening hours. This will also free up some capacity in the Library team to be spent during core working hours to serve you even better.

As of 6 January 2020, the Library Welcome Desk and Book Shop opening hours will be as follows:
8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday

While it will not be possible to take out books from the Library outside these opening hours, books can be returned by depositing them in the large red box for book returns. In addition, the Library itself will remain open 24 hours a day and books will be accessible for consultation in the reading room.
