As the CERN catering services experience a gradual return to normal, CERN’s catering contractor Novae, the  SCE department (which manages catering contracts at CERN) and the Comité de Surveillance des Restaurants (CSR) are delighted to organise a presentation on catering at CERN.

The presentation will be given by Novae in room Bohr (40/S2-B01) on Tuesday 14 June 2022 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The presentation will highlight Novae’s purchasing policy, its sustainable development approach and its nutritional philosophy as well as the development of its plant-based offer. Food-lovers, including vegetarians and vegans, are invited to submit their questions and suggestions.
