As part of its ongoing commitment to excellence, the Organization is launching a review of the CERN Graduate programme, just over one year after its start. But we can’t do it without you.
We need your insights, observations and suggestions. On 3 June, four surveys were sent by email to the three graduate populations (early career professionals, project graduates, research fellows), as well as to supervisors of graduates. Think of it as your opportunity to influence the future for graduates and their supervisors at CERN.
Why should you participate?
- Make a difference: Your feedback can lead to meaningful changes.
- Voice your opinion: This is your chance to share your story. What works well for you? What could be improved? What should be changed?
- Be heard: No feedback is too small. Whether it's a suggestion for more social events, feedback on your work content or workload or a complete overhaul of how we recruit, onboard, supervise or train graduates, we want to hear it.
We know you’re busy conquering the professional world, so we’ve made sure the survey won’t take more than 15 minutes. Plus, your response will not be linked to you. You have until 25 June to give your feedback so grab a coffee, take a break and help us make our Graduate programme the best it can be.
